Way to hit it over the fence Sabe! Not just once but twice in the summer baseball team's last three games!
Congratulations Sabe! He was selected at the All District First Team Defensive Back. Quite an honor, having worn a cast on one arm for three weeks - we are so proud, son!

We are all proud of our Scotland County Tiger Football team who finished the season with a record of 6-5. Way to go boys! Congrats to Sabe for making the Tri-Rivers All Conference 2nd team defensive back and 3rd team punter. Sabe also was honored to be the Kirksville Daily Express 2009 All-Express Football 1st team defensive back. Sabe had 4 interceptions this seasons quite a few tackles on defense. A broken bone in his hand at Brookfield resulted in him missing three games at quarterback, but came back the last game in post season to get enough passing in to top 500 yards. Sabe also made the KHQA's All Do or Die team for the defensive back position.
We made it to Washington, DC and back!
We successfully traveled to DC and back in late June. It was a wonderful experience, there is a lot of American history you can see there. We viewed Kylee's picture in the Cannon Tunnel and visited many of the highlights of the Capitol area. Wonderful place to visit, but I think we were all glad to be back in Missouri. We have lots of pictures and stories to share if anyone wants to sit and listen that long!

Kylee at DC.

It's Home!!!! Don't have it up yet, Lonny and I are having quite an arguement as to which wall to put it on, but will probably let Kylee pick out the spot. Stop by and see it soon!
