We had our Fall Trail Ride on September 24, 2011. We took a short trail ride that morning, circled back and had a cold sandwich lunch, then went for a really nice ride to the Fabius River a few miles west of our place. We had exceptional weather for the day! Our BBQ that night resulted in some fabulous food to eat, too! If you missed it, hope you can make it next year. We may have a early spring ride (before turkey season) if we can get it set up.

Lonny was able to compete again this year after being required to judge this competition last year. He drew a really tough palomino gelding the really ducked away from Lonny the first hour, but boy did he really turn around in the next two sessions on Saturday. Lonny placed fourth this year. Can't wait until next year once again!
